 A VALID SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IS REQUIRED BY:

FEDERAL LAW:  This law was passed in response to 42 U.S.C.A. 666(a)(13)(2003) which states that the social security number of "any applicant for a professional license, driver's license, occupational license, recreational license, or marriage license be recorded on the application."
