April 2, 2015 Will be the last day that taxpayers will be able to pay property taxes online, and also the last day that we will be accepting checks for payment of property taxes.

Hokes Bluff: Monday - Friday – 8:30 am – 4:45 pm
Rainbow City: Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sardis: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday- 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Walnut Grove: Thursday & Friday- 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
By Ordinance 494, adopted and approved March 25, 2013, Rainbow City has levied a 5 mills ad valorem tax. This will be reflected and collected this year October 2014. Rainbow City residents may see an increase in their tax bills, due to the new mills being added.
As mandated by Alabama State Law, Section 32-7A-5, Code of Alabama 1975, effective January 1, 2013, no Tags/Titles for any motorized vehicle will be issued without Proof of Valid Drivers License and Liability Insurance. Please bring in both documents in order that our office may handle your business without delays.

Talladega College has elected to participate in the personalized collegiate license plate program under Section 32-6-150, Code of Alabama 1975. Beginning February 1, personalized Talladega College license plates will be available to order on PROS (Plate Reservation and Ordering System).
